The assessment work included civil, mechanical, structural and electrical/instrumentation inspections of the lift station followed by a summary memorandum by discipline.  In addition to condition assessment, Valentine evaluated wet well capacity and pumping requirements for build-out conditions based on build-out requirements.  This analysis considered structural, E&IC, civil and process mechanical impacts as well as construction and operations costs.  Valentine prepared conceptual drawings to assist with cost development and alternative evaluation.  A final report summarized the results and recommendations for the lift station assessment as well as a prioritization of the rehabilitation efforts.
